  • Please use that job reference number when communicating with Franklin Document Services regarding that job.
  • If you have any difficulties, please email us

How can I upload the artwork?

You will get the artwork upload page when the job is placed successfully.

You can also upload artwork by: logging in --> My Account --> File Upload.

How will I get the information about the delivery schedule?

We will email you the shipping tracking number when the job is ready to ship.
Turn Around Time starts on the date you approve the artwork. Shipping time is not included in Printing Turnaround time.

Is there any cut off time for placing the order each day?

If the job is placed and approved before 2 PM PST (Pacific Standard Time) of the same day, we process the job on same day itself except for 1 day orders. Jobs should be approved before 10 AM on the same day of placing the order.

What should be the format of the artwork?

We prefer the artwork to be in Press ready PDF (font embedded) format in CMYK with minimum 300dpi resolution, we also accept Tif, Tiff, JPG, JPEG, PSD, AI, and EPS. If the order is a full color, it will be processed only in CMYK format. If there are any Spot colors in the artwork, it will be converted to CMYK.

What is Bleed?

Bleed is used when any part of an image, background, color or line is to print the very edges of the finished product. For example if you wanted the background of a business card to be blue, the color must bleed past all edges. If not due to minor variations in printing and trimming, white lines could be seen on some or all of the edges. The bleed requirements are 1/8 inch on each side. Please Visit our file guidelines page for more details.

Can you Ship the jobs with plain labels to a different address (Blind Ship)?

Yes. We can ship the jobs with plain labels without any name branding as per the request.

Print-ready file check list.
